Fabulous hotel right on a private beach wonderful views over harbour and beach few minutes walk from the town and lovely walks along the beach walks plenty to do rooms in hotel fabulous cleaned each day top cleaners food is delicious great choices and plenty to eat catering for all needs would recommend
Great hotel, amazing location, the receptionists were always welcoming, the bedrooms were clean and the hotel was too, we didn't try their restaurant. Cleaning staff do an awesome job everyday. Everything was perfect, the only thing a bit disappointing was the fact that the private beach is not totally sand and it is therefore not appropriate for small children's to play in the sea there, but there is plenty of beaches around which are totally appropriate for toddlers. Lunapark is also close and a great night activity for the children's.
Beautiful hotel with great location, friendly and professional staff. We felt relaxed and had a great time. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. The hotel has its own beach and provides sunbeds with parasol. Dinner and breakfast were lavish (big variety) with excellent service. Parking was on site, safe, and it was cheap. The hotel is very good value for money. We'll be definitely back.
TERRIBLE! 2 star at best!
A/C and fridge do not work. Everything is so old and stale. They up-charge you for everything; Beach access and towels.
We reported that the A/C and fridge were broken and Francesco at the front desk told us to “deal with it”, that they were “fully booked” so wouldn’t help to accommodate a room with functioning amenities, however, when I called the front desk again, they managed to have a room available. Within 15 minutes of shuffling between rooms, Francesco called and demanded we return the room key immediately. An inconvenience that was not addressed appropriately.
The parking is also a nightmare. I had one staff member stick his hand in my moving vehicle and grab the wheel to try and make way for a disgruntled loading truck as we were exiting.
Just bad on so many levels.
Huge spacious rooms plenty of storage space, sea view in many rooms
We had two bikes with us and the hotel management allowed us keep the bikes in -1 floor which we thank. However, in the morning of the third day of our stay, when we were planned o do a bike trip we faced a bad surprise. Tire of one of our bikes was flat. Even though, it was hard to understand how a bike has gone flat sitting inside a hotel. However, the morning of the fourth day (the day of our departure) when we left the hotel, we noticed that the tire of the other bike was flat too. We had to find a taxi to take our bikes to the train station. We are sure that someone inside the hotel has done this intentionally. There is no way that two bikes beside each other without even being moved go flat one after other. When we checked the flat tire, we noticed that the puncture indeed is a done by a needle. This was happened under the hotel cameras. Beware.
